Liebe Dina,
Vielen Dank, lieber Pit,
Pit & Mary
As Clanmother said – a great combination of photo and quote. Your photo is particularly fine again, such clarity of focus on the central rose and such vivid colour!
Hej Dina! Ja, I think so too.
Good morning dear Dina! Great thought. My dear mother(RIP) used to say “I”ll be pushing up the daisies when that happens” when we spoke about things which would happen in later years. Enjoy your stay!!! 🙂
Liebe Hanne,
Herzliche Grüße aus dem sonnigen Norden
Hanne
I think so too, rather optimistic for Munch! Thanks for visiting, Drake. I’ll visit you as soon as the net is working properly. Not everything in Norway ist working smoothly…
Yet another example of a wonderful combination of a lovely image with timeless words, Dina!
I don’t know why, but your beautiful quote and photograph make me think of a verse of a late Sixties song of a singer-songwriter from my hometown (Genoa) that went like “out of diamonds nothing grows, out of mud flowers grow” 🙂
Have a wonderful week!
Dear Stefano,
thanks a lot for your fine comment. Now i know where you come from, Genoa is lovely! 🙂 Due to severe problems with the internetsetup I have not been able to take care of the pics for our projekt, I hope to catch up with it next week. So sorry about the delay!
Love to you and Francesca from sunny Norway
Dina
Dear Dina,
Thank you! And absolutely no rush whatsoever regarding our project: take your time and don’t worry! Hope you will get your internet connection problems resolved soon: I know how frustrating it ma be when it happens. We have all grown so much dependent on it, for good and for worse 😉
Big hugs from also sunny Connecticut 🙂
Stefano
Well, many people find Munch debatable, I love his work. 🙂 He has roots in Fredrikstad, from ths week we’re celebrating his 150 birthday, lots of happenings.
Schönes Foto, schöne Wörter. Ich verstehe ein bischen Deutsch, aber English is my primary language. Thanks for liking my About page on my Europe blog. I am delighted to discover your blog.
Thanks, Paula,
yes I’m having a wonderful time, getting all prepared for the big day tomorrow. Hoping for sunshine to lit up the children’s faces…
Big hug to you!
Dear Dina, I am glad you are having a great time. What is tomorrow? I am sorry if I missed something on your blog. You know how I have been distracted lately. I thought a blogger was going to mention, but she didnt .. I mentioned you and Klausbernd in my latest post 😉
Wow, thanks for mentioning us, that’s great, Paula! 🙂
Tomorrow is the national day of Norway, it’s a very special day, especially for the children, here’ you can take a peep at last year: https://toffeefee.wordpress.com/2012/05/17/17-mai-in-fredrikstad/
