These are some of Dina’s pictures of grey seal pups on Blakeney Point. Although, only a day or two old, still with an umbilical cord, they already have character, don’t you think?

    What a magnificent post and message to send out for your readers! The pups have such wonderful expressions, they seem to beckon us to join in their happiness of being alive!! You chose the perfect way to express your holiday feeling.
    I was lucky this year and got the spirit of Christmas early and I appreciate it when other help me to retain that emotion.

    • Dear Anita,
      about 3200 pups are born until now. Some are already gone but there are still lots and lots of pups around.
      Hope you have a great time there. Dina is going out with the tourist boat to the seals today and we all go tomorrow around noon. It’s our last seal duty this year. Maybe see you then.

  52. Hope you (the Fab Four) have a safe and relaxing break over the festive season and look forward to some more interesting posts and beautiful nature images in 2020. We are all so lucky to be able to visit other parts of the world via the Internet and enjoy the lifestyle and customs of other cultures and see such stunning landscapes.

    For that, now I am more housebound, I am eternally grateful in the time and effort bloggers put into their posts, particularly the images of flora and fauna and the scenery that holds them.
